Ceegee clone #2 swaped DNA with Fortran to become Cortran. He is technicaly Ceegee and Calleo's dad. He used to rule the Ceegee Universe but then he went on a candy eatting spree so he passed the throne down to Ceegee. He eventually died from eatting too much candy .
